**If you purchased a product from us**

We will give you ONE HOUR of phone
support billed at an hourly rate of $60.00
per hour for time
over the first hour or
fraction thereof.
If you wind up buying parts
from us we will credit you in parts for the
time that you were charged (but only up to
the amount you were charged). Just to make
you feel better, we have never been on the
phone with a client for this long to diagnose
or fix a problem so your chances are close to
zip of being the first one.

We will do everything that we can to help
you including the 50% deal on a complete
rebuild. If you bought your 707-1 scooter
from us, we have your serial numbers. If
you bought it from one of our great  
distributors, register the number by
calling or email, this is free and easy to
do.

Send us your old scooter (complete) and
pay for the shipping to get the complete
rebuilt unit back to you. You pay 50% of
the current list price. Do you hear that
Porsche?
How about you Rolls-Royce?








You pay for the shipping to us and back
to you. We will completely rebuild your
707-1 scooter or replace it with a
comparable unit for 50% of the current
list price of something we stock.

We have a vast supply of experience,
parts, patience. We try to have every last
nut, bolt and part in stock at all times but
sometimes life just happens and we run
out. You will be placed on a priority list
and will be first up as soon as your parts
come in.

We understand that some of you, in a thoughtless moment,
purchased your product from someone else and that now they
are doing their best to ignore you, that they have no parts
available and that they do not have anyone that has even the
slightest clue about what you are talking about. We will give
you 15 minutes of phone support time billed at an hourly rate
of $85.00 per hour or fraction thereof after the first 15
minutes. If you wind up buying parts from us we will credit you
in parts for the time that you were charged (but only up to the
amount you were charged and you will have to pinky swear
not to buy something we have from someone else).
